– To develop a Nephro Urologic Department in order to treat any related disease and to perform Kidney transplantation – To establish a Pediatric Emergency Care network in Nicaragua in order to reduce morbility and mortality
– Children with nephrourologic diseases living in Nicaragua; – Children needing urgent/emergent pediatric visits
